Born and raised in the wild, Enkidu’s “Tarzan Days” seed to an abrupt end when he is set up by humans, and forced into civilization. Gilgamesh and Enkidu become very close companions and overcome umteen obstacles together, including killing the Bull of Heaven, slaying the demonic guardian of the cedar Forest, Humbaba, and cutting down the sacred Cedar Tree.
